Terms and Conditions of Use

The Terms and Conditions of Use, as given on these pages, are applicable to me and are also applicable to any devices that could be linked back to me and by me when I access or otherwise get trained at Falcon Cyber Tech., the Falcon Cyber Tech. will not be held responsible for any such activity or misuse of the training. All the folders, images, files, webpages, applications, software, tools or any other resource hosted, placed or available on all the websites of the Internet are referred to as “all websites”, or “all the servers” or “the networks” in this document.

All rules dictated in the document also apply to the general network connectivity to the server or servers and/or networks that are hosted on the internet.

All data and information provided on the sites is for informational purposes only. Falcon Cyber Tech or any one else makes no representations as to accuracy, completeness, currentness, suitability, or validity of anything on the sites and will not be responsible for any such errors, omissions, or delays in this information or any losses, injuries, or damages arising from its display or use (including damages, injuries, losses, that could be caused by the installation/use/removal of any of the tools and applications that are made available, either directly or indirectly, on this site). All information is provided on an as-is basis.

All these websites are personal and all opinions expressed here are purely personal and mine. As a trainee, I shall be entirely responsible for my own any such opinions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, I shall not copy the contents of the documents, shall not reproduce or post or broadcast on any website or transmit in any way, in English or any other language, provided by the Falcon Cyber Tech. without obtaining prior permission from Falcon Cyber Tech. Obviously, simply viewing the contents of the documents provided by the Falcon Cyber Tech. is allowed. Therefore, I fully agree with all the Terms and Conditions. I have read all the Terms and Conditions made available by the Falcon Cyber Tech. and by signing this agreement, I promise to abide by all these Terms and Conditions.

I shall not attempt to access contents or parts of the sites if I am not authorized to do so. This includes (but is not limited to) hacking, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, application security testing, or any network connection that aims at gathering information and/or accessing unauthorized content and/or gaining unauthorized access and/or elevating privileges/ permissions and/or negatively impacting network connectivity, or anything else that would be considered improper use by the general public and/or security experts. Unless specified otherwise, nobody is allowed to modify content of these documents on purpose or accidentally.

I shall not use any content or tools for commercial and/or training purposes, without explicit and written approval by Falcon Cyber Tech, even if I am providing the content for free. Full credits will be given to Falcon Cyber Tech. This includes (but is not limited to) printed documents, printed versions, saved versions (to html, pdf or any other digital file format).

I shall not post or link to anything that may be illegal, or may cause liability issues. Even if a certain link refers to information that could be illegal, Falcon Cyber Tech will not be held responsible or liable for linked content, whether it’s illegal or not. Moreover, any suspicious activity found done by me at all, Falcon Cyber Tech will not be responsible for that.

I shall not use the sites in any way (including user profile information) to distribute spam, link to spam websites, or publish/link to/distribute anything that may offend/harass anyone else. This includes (but not limited to) porn, spam, political statements, religious statements.

I shall not attempt or use any part of the sites for cross site scripting, CSRF, sql injection, content redirection or file hosting.

I fully agree that everything I do on the sites may be logged (including timestamps, usernames, IP addresses) and may be used as legal evidence in a court of law.

I shall not use any information found on any website; and/or knowledge gained by accessing the sites for illegal activities such as (but not limited to) hacking, reversing, altering applications, and so on. This also applies to information that originates from the sites, but was retrieved from a source other than the sites.

Everything in this training is provided “as is” and does not guarantee anything whatsoever. I cannot and will not hold Falcon Cyber Tech liable for anything at all.

If any of these conditions have been violated, I shall be considered to be in violation and access may be revoked without notice. Furthermore, I am aware that I may be subjected to prosecution.

All of these rules apply to all connections, even the ones that originate from the use of scripts.

Falcon Cyber Tech reserves the right to deny access to any user and/or IP address to access one or more of the websites listed above, without prior notice, for an undefined period of time, without providing any reason.
